By accessing or using ReviewSign.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ReviewSign.app provides a digital tool that generates printable review signs with QR codes for businesses. The Service generates downloadable PDF files containing signs that link to your Google Business Profile review page.
3. Payment and Refunds
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not typically offered once the PDF has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Permitted Use
You may print and display the generated signs at your business location(s). You may print unlimited copies for your own business use. You may not resell the generated PDFs or use the Service to create signs for businesses you do not own or operate without their permission.
5. Intellectual Property
Google, the Google logo, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. ReviewSign.app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. The review signs generated by the Service use Google's branding in accordance with Google's brand guidelines for third-party use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the QR codes will remain functional indefinitely, as Google may change their review URL structure at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ReviewSign.app be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
