When you use ReviewSign.app, we collect the following information: the Google Place ID and business name you select when generating your review sign, and payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store your card details directly).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the business information you provide solely to generate your review sign PDF. We use payment information solely to process your purchase. We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google Maps Platform (to search for and identify your business), Stripe (to process payments), and Cloudflare (to host and deliver the website). Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
4. Data Retention
We do not store your business information or generated PDFs on our servers. The PDF is generated entirely in your browser and downloaded directly to your device. Transaction records are maintained by Stripe in accordance with their data retention policies.
5. Cookies
ReviewSign.app does not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. Third-party services we use (Google Maps, Stripe) may set their own cookies as necessary for their functionality.
6. Data Security
All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store sensitive personal or financial information on our servers.
7. Your Rights
Since we do not store personal data beyond what is necessary for payment processing (handled by Stripe), there is minimal personal data to manage. If you have questions about data held by Stripe, please refer to Stripe's privacy policy or contact us for assistance.
8. Children's Privacy
ReviewSign.app is designed for business owners and is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.
